🚐 Transfers

Our guide will pick you up from the entrance of your hotel at the scheduled time.
After the swimming session, transfer back to your hotel is included.

• Dear guests, please note that personal phones, cameras, and video equipment are not allowed during the swimming session with dolphins.

• Your special moments will be captured by the professional photographer/videographer of the dolphinarium.
• Prices for photos and videos are agreed directly on-site with the operator.

• The pool is not heated, and the water may feel cool, especially during the winter season or evening hours.
  Wetsuits are available for rent — please inquire on-site.

• Group swimming is organized in accordance with dolphinarium rules.
  Groups usually consist of 5 to 10 participants, depending on the season.

• The 15- and 30-minute sessions represent the total duration, which includes:

  • Safety briefing and instructions

  • Time in the water with dolphins

  • Photo and video session

• If a 30-minute session is booked and the participant chooses to shorten the time, no refund is provided.

• If you have booked only the dolphin show, you may still request swimming with dolphins on-site subject to availability.

• Life jackets are provided for swimming with dolphins.

• Attention: The price for an accompanying person without swimming is USD 10.

• Return transfer from the dolphinarium to your hotel after the swimming program is scheduled at approximately 17:00.
